• 1-1 tailored support for all of our residents such as CBT.
• Attendance at multiple professional meetings from pre-admission onwards.
• Clinical input into our residents care planning and review.
• Attend staffing team meetings to provide clinical guidance on how to support our residents.
• Additional training and awareness for staff around supporting our residents.
• Drop in clinic for staff to receive support
